When you think…. “Its time to move, let’s start looking,” the initial excitement can also be accompanied by the stress of having to sell a home. Frank supported us throughout this whole process, arranging professional photos and virtual tour of our home, securing a dedicated website for our property, accommodating our schedules for showings and working to attract the right client for the type of home we were selling. He organized and attended an Open House providing professional marketing material for any prospective buyers and, because of his diligence, he was able to secure an offer on our home just one week after we had listed it! This was nothing short of a miracle…but did not surprise us as Frank had sold our previous home, in 2012, also within one week! The stress of maintaining a “show ready” home was alleviated by Frank’s determination and connections. It is very calming to know your agent is as invested as you are.
When buying our new home, Frank’s honesty was greatly appreciated. After a walk-through of a home, he wouldn’t hesitate to tell us if a home didn’t seem right for us; if he could see that we were undecided. He would ask specific questions that, once we had answered, would help confirm it wasn’t the right home for us. It warmed our hearts to hear our children ask if Frank would be waiting for us in our new home (the way he had at every viewing) on the day we received our keys. We explained to them that although he made us feel like we were part of his family, he did have his own family that he lives with. You cannot put a price on trust.
